Re: liver flush help

This is a case where Andreas Moritz really has done a disservice to people wanting to start liver flushing.

People were doing flushes without colonics or even Epsom Salts long before Moritz came along.

Technically he is sort of correct. You want to make sure that you release everything from the flush. A colonic can help this but it is not a necessity.

If you have poor bowel function or any known obstructions then you might want to address those first.

Hulda Clark recommended parasite cleansing first to help the liver release and also to clear the bowel.

The ghetto method imo is just make sure by any means at your disposal that you can clear your bowel after the flush.

If you're not sure about this then start on some Bowel Cleanse research first.
