It's a broken blood vessel in Retina - slightly detached Retina allowing release of some Vitreous fluid and blood causing large floaters and charcoal veil plus occasional flashing on perimeter - all classic detached retina symptoms - we are waiting to see if improves/starts to dissipate, stays same or worsens - back to office 3 weeks after first visit to check - can take 6 months to clear up and show marked improvement, if it turns worse quickly then laser surgery right away.
On Valbazen and Prazi again - day two - will stay on 6 months (with prescribe st breaks) this time
