Water fast after years of digestion issues. Bad cramps in my sides, shortness of breath.

Hi there, wonder if you can help...

So for 4-5 years I've had increasingly severe digestive issues. After a history of emotional eating and binge eating on much sugary crap, My symtpoms were:

  • Weight loss
  • Extreme bloating
  • Sticky, fatty, unformed stools
  • Chalky stools at times (like gravel, but rare) [Oxalates?]
  • Poor circulation
  • Low energy and fatigue
  • Frequen urination / burning. This became really bad and my main symtom. Up all night peeing.

So I decided to water fast because I thought whatever the problem is, that doctors cannot identify, may heal itself. Maybe it's bacterial etc.

I ate poor food choices on the prior days to my fast I realise.

quite spicy mushrooms and bell peppers, and also some ciabatta buns with kale / some mixed beans. These are not easy things to digest I should have thought about that but was eager to start the fast, I was tired.

So I knew I'd have this stuff sitting inside me and I was experiencing irritation and cramps, which oddly I even had before I started (something I ate?)

So I did a few Saline enemas and things improved but the cramps are back in full force.

I feel like I need to break my fast, something is wrong, this level of pain shouldn't be normal I'm sure. I think I didn't eat the appropirate diet before hand. Or , due to seriousness of my existing health issue which I suspect is:

A: Fatty Liver
B: Malfunctioning Gall bladder / blocked bile ducts.

I have all symptoms of fat malabsorbion and fructose hurts me (liver)

any advice ? I want to get omega 3's but can't digest fish easily and seeds (maybe because of the fat) seem difficult also.

I'm starting to feel anxiety over this pain. it's better when I lay down, but there can't be much stool left in my colon after 3 saline enemas? I admit I'm using tap water for enemas. To use anything else, is extreme hassle for me, and costly. Didn't have this irriation before.

I have supplemented with some salt and that has helped my shortness of breath. I feel OK energy wise - weak but OK. just the pain is the main thing.

Was thinking of starting a fruit and soup diet for 2-3 days maybe with a touch of fat...then starting again..
