I VERY MUCH LIKE your dietary thoughts. We have been eating ketogenic for years now & have started pulsing some resistant starches twice/week mostly cold, boiled white potatoes, tapioca starch & plantains (per Dr. Mercola) to help maintain blood sugar. We also take capyrlic acid MCT oil regularly. We had just added fruit juices & yogurt per CZ which I think highly encourage these worms. Will immediately switch back to keto and see if that helps. Seems like it MAY hinder them a bit more at least.
