Some godawful bug hit me about five days ago and I was so miserable. I blew my nose until I just couldn't take it anymore my nose was so raw. So I started using a warm/hot salty nose flush using a bulb. Same affect as a Neti pot.

Fast and really clears out the sinuses. So doing that for a couple of days helped a lot. Tweet
