I've been taking 100mg Lugols for a while now, and I'd like to introduce some CS. (Think I may have slight candida)
Most of the topics on this subject are 10yrs old and with very few posts.
Is there really a concern with taking the two on the same day?
And would taking the CS through a nebulizer change the answer?
