True thirst ? Probably not.

Is this true thirst ?
In about 40 hrs of dry fasting, I had a persistent headache, on going dizziness, light nausea, lethargy, fogginess, and sleepiness.

I thought I might be getting dehydrated and had a few oz of water.

This after a day of Water Fast followed by 40 hr of dry fast. This is my third dry fast that didn't get past the 2 day mark. I have water fasted all the way into the 20 day mark recently. I plan on keeping this as a Water Fast and keeping it going a few more days atleast, till true hunger returns.
