Everybody is different, many have reported the past century that Iodine made their hair grow back, the opposite of what you now report. Each person's history of what they ate is different and also genetics. Nobody is smart enough to tell you why your hair is doing what it does, but even if I knew, and even if I told you, chances are high you would not believe me. Most people don't even listen to the doctors they pay big bucks to, so, who the H am I to tell you anything ? :) I bet if you paid me, you'd feel obligated to heed my words, like a college graduate who sacrificed years for a degree who believes it has value, etc. Most likely, you suffer from lipid imbalance without even knowing what that means. Don't believe you can come on here and some anonymous person will say "take this" or "don't eat that" and your issue will be fixed, its not happening. Nobody on the internet can diagnose or cure anything, except rarely by blind luck. Its a minefield out there, and the odds are stacked against the individual, sad but true, that's my read on it Tweet
