The volume of information has only grown in the years since I joined, and that was years after the founding of this group by (V)ulcanel together with (W)ombat and (T)rapper. Back then I read from the beginning, taking notes like crazy and keeping a long list of favorites to return to.

One way to get started would be to click "Success" "Educational" or "Warning" just below the "Start New Topic" in bright red near the top of the page. Each of those sections will bring up posts and threads that were marked by a moderator as being important. It used to be "R" "RR" and "RRR" that we could sort on. I couldn't figure out quickly how to do that.

Any post or thread marked with such indicators is worth paying attention to, as are posts by the said Vulcanel, Wombat, and Trapper together with Ginagirl and various characters that were part of this explosive process over the years that you'll see mentioned time and again.

So, I believe that Search is the best way to find what might help at this time. Also read whatever appears on Dr. Jorge Flechas, one of the original Iodine researchers who has given lectures summing up the important applications of iodine.
