At the end of the day, there's only so much we can do. They come here for advice, and we give it in good faith, giving them the benefit of doubt regarding any ulterior motives. What they then do with that advice is down to them.

We can't force them to follow it. If they wilfully choose to ignore it and die as a result, there can be no blame attached to us. Does a medic get blamed for a patient's death if the patient refused to follow his advice?
