Teen Mom?

I'm young, just 17, and I had a dream that cause me the most joy I've ever had. I had a dream that I had gave birth to a girl. I felt no pain just joy, and the father was my ex lover. He though agreed to not be in our child's life and we were both happy. I've always  been terrified of having children, but I have never been so happy then in this dream. So is this a symbolic dream of some sort?
