Yes 3 months in now. Had a few setbacks, but instead of reducing progesterone I finally increased it. Last month it all have stabilized. A few colleagues helped from Depression and even benzo medication. Progesterone seem to have effect on the gaba receptors.
For me the whole thing very similar to iodine; one has to take enough of it to handle overload.
Iodine; to handle fluoride, bromide etc.
Progesterone; to handle the estrogen, cortisol etc.
Simple facts; thyroid hormones doesn't work without progesterone. Progesterone doesn't work if too much adrenaline (or converts into cortisol if long time stress)
