Till when should I fast ? I have no real health issue I am trying to heal at this time.
Pre-Diabetes and obesity are all gone. As is all other health problems. I guess I'll target that visceral fat going to 1 or 0 on my DSM-BIA.
I can stand to lose 20lb and be OK (I'll be well under 140 lb) and being 5' 9.5" small/medium frame male I am already underweight.
