If you find it hard to get through a 1 day Water Fast you can try this...but it depends on what meal you find it hard to skip so heres an example:
I can never get through a 1 day Water Fast because i always end up piggin out at dinner time.so i think you should work on skinpping that time you cant get past. so eat brealfast and lunch and skip dinner! simple! then try eating only breakfast and skip lunch and dinner!
