Mirena pain

Hey, I am 19 years old with the mirena. I have had it for about 2 years now. I have not had any kids either. My bleeding had stopped a long time ago but restarted and it's more than I've ever bleed in the past without the mirena. I've been to check ups and everything is fine. But now I'm getting a burning sensation in my lower abdomen sometimes sharp pains. Painful to the touch of my stomach, and some days it hurts to sleep on it.
