deworm? Water Fasts do that for you. some people on thissite go cold turkey because they can't go long with prep so i would say if you cant do prep just go cold turkey. im also going to try cold turkey.
search up how to break a water fast, many do it with a lil bit of Watermelon or juices.
a Water Fast should only be just water nothing else, but i mean you could try bathing in Sea Salt water orpink himalayan salt water which is what im gonna try so my skin can soak in the nutrients and stuff.
and just dont do Too much exercise, idrk on this one but some people have gone to the gym even on extended water fasts, people will tell you your body will eat your muscle if you exercise too much but thats not true. the only real way to know is to experiment yourself. im just gonna continue my life like normal and see how it goes.
