I know this is an old post but I have both hashimotos and seb derm. I also have horrible stomach issues with Depression and anxiety. I'm trying hard to find answers right now because my stomach and energy levels are so bad I'm missing a lot of work and can't make plans. I am about to see a hashimotos specialist that does thorough lab testing and takes a more natural approach so hopefully it helps. My seb derm does best when I only wash it with Dead Sea Salt in water. There's still some redness but the flakes stay away if I keep up my routine of mornings and night. Tweet
