Was the black seed oil necessary?

All I use is the Colloidal Silver in an ultrasonic humidifier and it cured my pneumonia, also for the 1st time in many decades I have gone through a winter without my usual severe chest cold, and no colds of any kind. I make my own Colloidal Silver 1 gallon at a time using the Silvertron Elite:
