I also suggest you start titrating Vitamin B3 (Flushing Niacin) with meals. Start with 100mg and slowly titrate up to 1,500mg a day. You will feel "Flushing" which makes your skin feel hot & itchy at first. But keep at it and keep increasing your dosage and you will not feel the "Flushing" even at 1,500mg a day. This supplement reduces blood pressure & reduces cholesteral to safe levels.
I use an ultrasonic Humidifier such as this one and I breath in the mist several times a day for 5 minutes at a time. This produces far more than a nebulizer.
