My mum has a tear in her bowel and it causes absolute agony to her, at times she said she could not carry on with it. A terrible painful condition that causes a pain to shoot through your annus, that makes you want to cry out in agony.

Botox can be injected into the area when the tear refuses to heal with creams or surgery.

My mum has prescribed ointment on the NHS that costs over 100 pounds a tube, she saw a specialist privately to get it who wrote to her doctor to get it prescribed on the NHS. Botox helps the pain especially when the area goes into spasm.
