Please Help Me with a Diagnosis

I am an American living in Italy since 6 years ago. I was under an extended period of intense stress, but that is gone now and things should be much better. However, I have a myriad of awful and debilitating symptoms, and I don't know what the problem is. These symptoms have slowly worsened after the stress was gone.
1. Internal lower back pain, on right or left side, dull pain but constant.
2. Pain in the side of the neck that shoots up and gives headaches.
3. IBS, constipation
4. bad taste in mouth and some nausea
5. Extreme fatigue in the day, especially when waking up, no energy.
6. Small skin bumps around eyes.
7. Itchy, dry scalp
8. Feelings of depression, anxiousness, nervousness.
9. Muscle and joint weakness, pains

I am 44 years old, don't smoke or drink much alcohol, and maintain a very healthy diet, drinking herbal teas and lots of water. Tweet
