Sorry for all the supplement endorsements. I'm really trying to be open and hopefully also helpful. No longer am I doing the Kefir, it took too long to prepare; maybe in the future I will do it again. Lufenuron was too expensive to keep up, so I had to stop that too.
I have fixed the issues I was complaining about before.... post-nasal drip, foggy brain, hair loss, fatigue, scalp tenderness... I also had breathing issues. I turned my sights on clearing my sinuses, and it worked. I'm using something called "sinupret."
I still take anti-candida supplements and general health supplements that I previously mentioned off and on, just to help my body recover from all the toxins its been battling. The candida has died down if not gone away. Candida is an immunocompromised organism, meaning it shouldn't be out of control in a normal healthy individual. Maybe my sinus issues allowed candida to run rapid.
