Ovarian cyst pain

I've been on 150mg of Iodine for a while now, and just recently my ovarian cysts have become very very painful... I've already had laparoscopic surgery done for a previous cyst 2 years ago, I really don't want to do that again for these. I'm wondering, is it possible that this is a sign that the cysts getting better? I would hate to find out that my cysts have grown :(

I am on all the co sups, plus other extra sups, take ACV +BSM drink every day, and have done 1 liver flush, will be starting my 2nd next week. I also paint my abdomen with Lugol's 5% Tweet
