No more rectal odor

- take a laxative that works for you. I took a whole bottle of polyethylene glycol from Walmart with 4.1 oz bottle with 7 doses. I took with 2 large cups of water. Polyethylene glycol is the same as miralax but cheaper. It's like $4.27 on Walmart.com
I read online that polyethylene glycol is not healthy to take. So I will not use it after today. I will probably take just a bottle of mag citrate as a laxative to clear colon of fecal matter.

- do an enema with Nizoral shampoo. Nizoral is an antifungal shampoo with the medication ketoconazole which is used for fungal infections. It comes in many forms such as pills, cream, or prescription shampoo. All of this you need a prescription for. I squeezed abt 1 tablespoon in enema bag filled with water did enema. I released a lot of smelly, yellow, and odd shaped fecal matter. Since doing the enema fecal odor is gone. You can order enema bags really cheap from Amazon.

- make sure you eat your yogurt and take a probiotic to add bacteria to your gut and colon. Also, take olive leaf extract and MSM supplement for gut health.
