Plant growing out of my arm

my self and someone who I dont know who just that the voice was of a male were running because someone was chasing us. I looked down at my inner left arm with my palm facing uo and between my elbow and my wrist was a plant growing , i remember saying i want this taken out and voice kept saying you can and we kept runnung.
