Hi dr. Jeff i am just about to get started on the program but have a question regarding sweating. I live in a remote area and dont have access to a sauna or steam room as well my apartment only has a shower. I know how important sweating is to the program so do you think excercising while wearing heavy clothes or even a sweat suit would work? Side note i will be going to a gym twice a week on my days off from work which does have a sauna it is 45 mins each way from my house so it is not practical to go on work says. Thanks
