When to decrease iodine dose?

I've been taking Iodine (Lugols) for about 2 1/2 - 3 months now. Right now I'm at 150mgs, been on this dose for about a week. How long should I stay at 150mgs?

I have two ovarian cysts on each ovary, both little bigger than a golf ball, and endometriosis. Do I continue at 150mgs until my cyst and, hopefully, endo disappear?
