Severe abdominal pain after coffee enema - please advise!
Hello,
I am hoping someone can help me understand what is going on and how I should proceed...
I have done a total of 3
coffee enemas (3-4 days apart). The very first one I felt amazing (and I only held it for 3 minutes, then did a consecutive one after for 7 minutes)... I had that elated feeling I heard about, all pain diminished and I had so much energy adn mental clarity it was incredible. The second one, not so much, but nothing majorly unsettling either. I did, however hold that one for the full 15 minutes and expelled a whole lot of gunk (old bile I believe, and parasites, etc.... I would have thought I'd feel just as good if not even better than the first!
THe last one I did - held for 13 minutes... never had that elation or other great results like the first one again. However, after all 3 of them, I had dizziness... The day after this 3rd enema I had tremendous abdominal pain. I am certain my old ulcer acted up (which is up high near my sternum), but also sharp intense pain in mid and lower abdomen. The dizziness was worse as well... so I took some charcoal (3 capsules).
I have done bowel cleansing (and also
water enemas before and after the coffee enemas),
Hulda Clark parasite cleanse (and have been on the maintenance program for a couple of months now), I've used chinese bitters (to help decongest the liver) and also a couple bottles of GCG (Stone crusher), and also did the
Hulda Clark kidney cleanse all before these
coffee enemas - so, I felt really well prepared. I used organic "light" roast coffee...
THe last enema I did I used 5 T. of coffee; so maybe that was too much. But still, I don't understand why that would cause such terrible pain in my abdomen.
I am afraid now to do anymore in case it will make my ulcer worsen (and I can't help but wonder if it caused other ulcers in other areas now - is that what that pain was?).
ALSO - I have had a lot of itching - legs, hands, fingers... off and on... I thnk this may be because I have stones now blocking the ducts (read this somewhere)?
I thought ulcers were caused by H pylori - which I had before (and cleared it using special enzymes, sauerkraut, aloe vera juice, and broccoli sprouts...)? How would that relate to a
coffee enema if so?
I guess I"ll stop rambling... I'd really appreciate any feedback!
THank you!
