It's best to dilute acv with water bc it's harsh on teeth. After taking acv, it's best to brush to protect your enamel on ur teeth. I just take acv straight bc I want the full effect. I really don't care abt my enemal bc I have to be free of Body Odor . Once I take tablespoon (15ml) of acv, I drink a cup of water. It's best to take acv on an empty stomach in morning, but it taste terrible you will have to follow it with water. Tweet
