Thank you for replying, JustThinking.I used to take 12 large fish oil soft gels per day. It helped, but not enough. Since I am feeling better since starting the iodine, perhaps this would be a good time to try the fish oil again.
My morning temperature is very erratic, so it is unreliable.
I am using the Celtic Sea Salt /Himalayan pink salt. I cannot seem to remember to drink salt water (thanks to my medications). However, I use lots of salt on my food. I hope this is an acceptable way to get enough of the healthy salt.
