Thanks a ton for your answer.

I am new to this forum and will look up Andy Cutler's program. In a hair mineral analysis test some toxic metals like lead, mercury, arsenic and aluminum were clearly showing up.

I do have Candida and SIBO issues which also release toxins into our body.

So you are saying that a liver detox needs to be done first?
