I would start looking for a infectious disease doctor as well as a Gastroenterologist. The pin worms may have scattered to other parts of your body. Obviously they are able to go to the skin but also my understanding is they can invade your heart and other organs.
Be persistent and keep looking for a doctor to help you as quickly as you can. It's very scary to think you are having heart tremors. I would recommend going to the emergency room if you have any more heart tremors. It could be something serious and dangerous. If you have health insurance check if you have a "nurse line" and call and ask them for a help with a physician referral.
