Re: precognition dream, how to stop?
If we accept that most dreams come from the dreamer’s unconscious, either directly or indirectly, then the problems become, “How do we communicate with the unconscious?”
Here is a technique that has worked for others with various dream issues:
1. Go to bed as you normally would, although you might want to go to bed a few minutes earlier than usual.
2. Get into a relaxed position. This will probably be on your back.
3. When you become sufficiently relaxed and just before you are ready to nod-off into sleep, tell yourself that you will not have these types of dreams and/or that you will have normal dreams. You may want to repeat this.
4. You may also have to do this for more than one night.
This technique has all sorts of dream applications. For example, the dreamer could ask specific questions of his/her dreams.
Hope this helps,
