In addition to my other questions:

Did you adjust the way you brushed your teeth/showered? I found I had to constantly pout my lips in order to protect them and keep the aquaphor on whilst brushing my teeth.

After you got out of the shower what was your routine? Did you just continue applying aquaphor over the aquaphor remaining on your lips, or did you wipe off the remaining and start over?

What steroid cream was it exactly?
