I wanted to give diatomaceous earth a try. Do you think it's okay to add to my regimen. I'm already taking a lot, and am unsure if this would overwhelm my body or that maybe it's not good to take with a specific thing I'm already taking. I was going to start small with maybe 1/4 tsp, what do you all think? Also does the DE have to be refrigerated?
