I heard that you should rinse with Arm & Hammer Baking Soda daily - this helps cut the acidity and helps your teeth.
I'm only on day 4 but when I did the Master-Cleanse about 9 months ago the same thing happened as I got closer to day 10. I have my Baking Soda ready to go.
