Wouldn't there still be the need for a metal screw/thread in the jaw bone for the ceramic implant to be fitted into?

I ask as I had a Molar removed 3 weeks ago and although I have no intention of filling the gap in the near future as I can chew on the other side. It might be something I have to consider in the future. Tweet
