Thank-you for the replies and information, I appreciate it.

I had a couple of questions, I was told that after eating our tooth enamel is softer for 30 minutes or so and not to brush for at least 30 minutes after eating.

Does swishing with oil for 20 minutes soften the tooth enamel? Because after swishing with oil I like to rinse with a water pick/irrigator and then brush my teeth.

Also I want to keep the water pick clean and mould free so I was going to clean it with white vinegar once a week and make sure it is flushed through before using again. Will that work or should I use a Steradent tablet once a week in the water reservoir?
