I assume you'll get some low dose hydrocortisone to take in the AM, maybe ramping up to 10 or 15mg daily.
It seems your body could use a little DHEA too; however some people are sensitive to it. It may cause a panic attack etc in people who are chemically sensitive. For example do you struggle to tolerate diesel fumes and various perfumes?
Vitamin C and some other nutrients are helpful to the adrenal cortex. I think Zn and B5 are others.
