Nest of worms or flukes?

Here's another nest that I passed during my protocol. This was one bowel movement. YIKES. Just posting this as I can actually see the pictures better on this forum. If anyone has any ideas of what they are, please let me know. I don't know if they are naturally red or if it was from some of the beets that I consumed almost every day.



Perhaps these are just small flukes. Hard to tell.
