Extreme stomach gas and bloating, reflux, tachycardia, weakness.....

I apologize in advance for the length of this post. I have had stomach/digestion issues for years but no one can tell me why for certain due to conflicting tests. Symptoms I am currently having are extreme gas and bloating in my stomach (nothing below belly button), reflux due to gas pushing my stomach acid up into my throat, vagus nerve irritation, which has been causing me rapid heartbeat and palpitation problems, which in turn causes my normal blood pressure to rise and also causes severe panic attacks, chronic diarrhea and occasion liver swelling and discomfort. Of note, earlier this years I had a variety of labs done through a naturopath and one thing that came back positive was a liver test called AFP, which can be indicative of a liver or ovarian tumor. I know it is not ovarian, as I had been seen prior to that test by a gynocologist and given me a CA125 test and that and my pap came back negative. Previous extensive workups with a cardiologist including stress test were also negative.

Before the diarrhea got so bad I was having frequent light colored stool as well, indicative of liver struggling. Been diagnosed in the past with leaky gut, adrenal fatigue and candida, but years of treating all these years has not yielded any results. Have had positive candida tests in the past but most recent G.I. tests from last year showed no candida, which is baffling, considering my symptoms. Negative parasite tests as well. Negative also for H. Pylori and two at home kits using lactalose were also negative for SIBO. I ended up in the ER the other night due to tachycardia. My BP was very high but I was freaked the F out and hyperventilating from anxiety due to the tachycardia, which I am sure was causing the elevated BP, because it went back to normal after I was there for awhile. Labs they ran were all normal, including labs for anemia, cardiac issues (none found), negative chest X-ray and negative EKG. CBC, liver enzymes and electrolytes all were normal, etc. The ER doc was very nice but as usual the response was maybe to seek some therapy. Is therapy going to cure my G.I. issues?

I am eating gluten, dairy, sugar, grain and soy free. I am trying to eat low histamine foods and low carb and low fat, due to the liver being sensitive and trying to get my weight down. I have insulin resistance as well. A few things of note, I react to everything I eat, no matter how restrictive, and it starts before I even finish eating. There is no pain, just extreme gas and bloating, reflux, sometimes excess mucus and so on, and my pulse starts speeding up. It's almost like eating stresses my adrenals. My stomach will be like this though even with no food in it. It often wakes me up in the middle of the night with tachycardia and whenever that happens I usually have to go to the bathroom. In the early days, having a BM would stop the tachycardia, but not every single time now. Despite being able to eat so little and most of it coming out in the bathroom, you would think I would be skin and bones, but I have barely lost any weight. I feel very weak and shaky, often feel the chills, most likely because I am not getting the nutrition I need, due to the diarrhea, get adrenaline surges, leg spasms, twitching and fluttering. My legs below my calves to my ankles have edema too and my feet are always cold, I have also developed orthostatic intolerance issues (P.O.T.S.), so when I stand up or try to walk up stairs, my heart will race, but it seems connected to my stomach, because I am usually bloated with gas when that is happening. I know the first thing a G.I. Doctor will want to do is an upper endoscopy but I don't think my body is strong enough to handle anesthesia right now. The other thing about that is, when this first started happening 20 years ago, I did have an endoscopy with biopsies and nothing was found. I don't want to have to go through that again (it was tramatic for me).

I have been getting fungal rashes on my legs as well for months, diagnosed by a dermatologist. The fungal gel (Naftin?) the dermatologist gave me is the only thing that helps a little. What is odd is that this current rash is painful rather than the horribly itchy ones, on a different part of my legs. I also have a lot of clear vaginal discharge, and off and on BV issues, but no yeast like discharge coming out. A couple of years ago I saw an integrative gastroenterologist and based on my labs and symptoms alone (no endoscopy), he thought I had a fungal infection, which I am assuming would be candida. In many ways this does makes sense, but I don't think a non-integrative gastroenterologist would think of this. I couldn't stay treating with him as he didn't take insurance and was extremely expensive, like you better be a celebrity to go there expensive. I can't help but wonder now if he could be right though. I have tried various natural antifungals in the past and candida programs to no avail, probiotics, leaky gut treatments, the diets and so on. My current ND does not like giving anti-fungals, as he said candida is naturally occurring in the body and an overgrowth should be treated in ways to calm it down rather than kill it and this wouldn't give me anything for it. Any brainstorming would be really appreciated. I am really desperate and scared. I do have GSC on hand, but it hasn't helped much in the past. Thanks.
