Magnesium Depletion following Candida Plan

Hi, I have completed the Candida Plan by Dr McCombs and it is finally what worked after years of struggling to overcome Candida.

Since beginning the McCombs candida treatment, I started noticing muscle weakness and I began having lower back aches for the first time ever. This lead to terrible back pain and significant muscle weakness. The back ache was so bad, I could no longer sleep at night or care for myself or my children, and I could no longer climb stairs without my legs feeling weak and having to take a break.

I have also noticed a very significant increase in gray/white hairs (I am mid thirties and this is not common in any of my sisters or relatives) going from none to at least 5 visible every inch. There are other symptoms to, these were just the most definite changes since doing the McCombs diet plan.

I began taking magnesium, and this significantly improved my back pain and muscle weakness. After 1 week, I was 90% better. It's been about three weeks, and I have improved to almost 100%.

It seems I have become seriously magnesium deficient. The only major change I made to my lifestyle when the symptoms began was the McCombs diet plan.

So my question is could the McCombs plan have caused me to become Magnesium deficient? Or could removing the candida have triggered something else?

Thank you so much for your thoughts and suggestions.
