I think I know what you might have it is a worm that makes a small cocoon out fungus when it`s dead it is bright white if it just died it will have some red blood in it. I had worm in sinuses for one year and then moved to many other locations, Dr. said I had Fibromyalgia,, very had to eliminate but I know medicine that works in maybe 1 month and some misery, Hopefully you are still kicking let me know if I can help,
