It's hard to see but it looks like it is segmented which is a classic sign of tapeworm.
I would recommend that you take the parasites to your vet and ask him. Vets are usually better trained in parasites than human doctors. Your vet may have access to a lab with a qualified specialist for animal parasites.
Humans can easily pick up parasites from their animals. You may want to consider getting rid of the dog-I know that's a horrible thought but....
Some animal parasites will live in humans and not reproduce but that doesn't mean that you won't suffer from them. Look up zoonotic infections. Tweet
