Parasites in stool

I need help trying to figure out what this is. I am finally being treated witg Albendozal 200mg twice a day for a week and then a week off bwfore I start another week. Like so many I have been to tons of Doctors and found one who is trying to believe treat me. He has no clue what it is and none of my labs show anything. I have some ideas after many years of research but havent found a match other than a grape size Malaria egg or maybe Babesios. I have killed it with my own set of organic stuff but it is hard to kill the eggs. Anyone have any ideal please let me know. Tweet
