Hi Stefan - I have the same problem, especially a few days in. I find myself wanting to eat out of boredom or just habit. I'll generally take a walk, a drive, organize/clean, or log into the cure zone for motivation. Since you're active you could use the time for light excercise (ie walk the SM steps!). I'm starting tomorrow on a 10-day fast and it will be my 2nd time (after a few false starts this past week!).
