AMAZING, thank you. I had to try 5 pharmacies to find these today. I managed two. I'm sure it wasn't getting very high as you say so will need practice. I was wondering if it is OK to open the bottle up and add things. I actually wondered if it would be OK to do a whole one with a garlic solution. The first time I tried garlic with my colonic hydrotherapist I was probably a bit cocksure and made it super strong so it was pretty painful but provided me with days of relief. I tried a much more diluted version yesterday, and found the garlic didn't hurt, it was just the tube, so I want to be able to carry on with it if possible. As long as the bottle is reused only in the same session and is then discarded I can't see this being a problem. Tweet
