Help!!! Threadworms getting ever more active despite passing them in their thousands!!!!!

I have got to kill these little b@stards quicker.

I don't think my pinworms were this active BEFORE I started treating them; I certainly wasn't aware of it. I had the odd tickle, nothing more - now it is nearly constant!!!!!

Are they fighting back?? What do I do? I can't stand it; I'm passing them in such HUGE quantities that some of them must be dying..... But yet they get ever more active!!!!

I've done two rounds of Paragone, 12 days of mebendazole night and morning, and now back on Paragone, supported by DE and bromelain - and passing flukes and all sorts....

I've got pyrantel pamoate but was saving it for full moon and their mating activity...... Followed up by more mebendazole for greatest impact. I might start now - is this wise?

Any advice welcome, it feels like a step forward and two back!
