Re: dishydrotic eczema cured

There are few points that you must keep in your mind so that there could be a solution to how to cure eczema, or get close to it:
Avoid coming in contact to harsh shampoos, soaps and detergents as it may aggravate the skin condition.
Reduce stress in your life as it can be one of the major cause to cure eczema.
Take baths after heavy sweating as sweat can be a trigger for eczema outbreaks.
Avoid too hot or too cold water baths and temperatures
Avoid eczema aggravating foods and select eczema-friendly foods.
Indulge yourself in healthy and eczema friendly diet.
Moisturize your skin at regular intervals.
Avoid synthetic, tight-fitted clothes and go for cotton fabrics.
Avoid environmental allergens/irritants like dander, dust, dust-mites, smoke, pollens and molds
