Did you just take one probiotic capsule or were you taking many of those last week?
Do you have a history of MCS--sensitivity to various foods, additives, odors--diesel, perfumes, etc?
Can you normally tolerate supplements or do they sometimes cause a panic attack or other undesirable symptoms?
Do you drink plenty of water?
Have you tried Epsom Salt--magnesium sulfate-- bath? Some like the more subtle effect of a foot bath. It would be a safer way to start.
